Eagle Point Eye Care, PC offers a wide variety of professional eye care services and products to meet your needs. Some services offered by our office include routine eye examinations, diabetic eye examinations, fitting of contact lenses, assessment and treatment of various eye diseases and injuries, and surgery co-management. Our office also has a full service optical to meet all of your eyewear needs. We carry over 300 styles of frames, including brands such as Ray-Ban, Under Armour, LAMB/GX by Gwen Stefani, and Kate Spade. We are open Monday through Thursday 9:00am-5pm and closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. Eagle Point Eye Care, PC accepts most major insurance plans. Please be sure to bring your insurance cards with you to any appointment, even if you have seen us before. Co-payments are due at the time of service and our office gladly accepts cash and all major credit cards.

About Dr. Adamek
Dr. Adamek was born and raised in the small town of Powers, Oregon. He graduated from Linfield College with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Exercise Science. He went on to complete the Optometry program at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. In his free time, Dr. Adamek enjoys fishing and bird hunting with his dogs.
