Dr. Adamek was raised in the small town of Powers, Oregon.  He graduated from Linfield College with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Exercise Science. He went on to complete the Optometry program at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.  His wife, Sarah, is a native of Southern Oregon and graduated from Crater High School.  She also attended Pacific University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish. In 2008, they opened Eagle Point Eye Care, PC.

In addition to working in his own office, Dr. Adamek volunteers his time as the Vision Director of White City Community Health Center. In 2009, he also started a partnership with Dr. Matt Lampa of Silverton, Oregon and Calvary Chapel of Salem. They travel to the remote town of San Antonio, Mexico to provide eye examinations and glasses to the community.

In his free time, Dr. Adamek enjoys fishing and bird hunting with his dogs. Sarah is an avid runner; she has completed five marathons and one 50k. They both have enjoyed returning to Southern Oregon.
